ROCKIN' FOR RAVENWOOD
Saturday, July 11, 2009; 4:00 P.M.
BIGFORK- The seventh annual Rockin' for Ravenwood music festival takes place on Saturday, July 11, at the Rocky Mountain Roadhouse outdoor stage, five miles east of Bigfork at the junction of highways 83 and 209. Musical highlights include the juicy pop, rock, and country of The Clintons; funk and reggae from Milton Menasco and the Big Fiasco; rock and electronic jams of Bluestone; and classic rock from Guido and Suzie--all the way from Vienna, Austria! Doors open and music starts at 4:00 pm.
Delicious local foods and ice cream from The Big Dipper in Missoula, brews from Tamarack Brewing in Lakeside, Columbia Valley wines, a Magic Forest play area for the kids, and vendors with a focus on sustainable goods and business round out the evening’s offerings.
Come celebrate summer and enjoy a great evening of music and fun while supporting this valuable community organization with your dancing feet and a generous donation.
Tickets available at the door. Adults $12. Kids 8 and up $8. Family pass $36. Call (406) 837-7279 or visit www.ravenwoodolc.org for event information. Ravenwood Outdoor Learning Center is a non-profit educational organization committed to connecting people with nature, community, and self. All donations are tax deductible.
